#37773 In the search filters of the Assessment Scheduling page, employees who select the ‘All’ option in the Classes filter will then be able to find all the existing subjects in the subject’s filter. This goes for teachers as well, if a teacher chooses the ‘All’ option in the Classes filter he/she will be able to find all his/her subjects in the subject’s filter.

#37249 In the sessions list page we have added a new option in the in-line actions button. This new option will allow you to send a notification message to all participating students of the Class/Subject and Teachers who are enrolled in this subject. The option is called Notify Students via Email. The notification message template has been created in the templates editing part of advanced configurations. Which email will be used is regulated from the setting in the general settings page.

#36782 We have added a setting to control the creation of sessions by teachers. In some cases, institutions may charge per session and therefore pay teachers per session. In such a situation an institution needs to control who is able to create sessions. This setting can be turned on in the user role/teacher located in the Roles Management page.

#36700 A setting has been added to control what assessment types are made available in the sessions creation and edit pages.  The setting is located in the general settings of sessions, in the configuration section. This new setting is called ‘Assessment Types used in Sessions’ you can select the different types of assessments e.g Exams etc. that can be included in a session.

#32375 In the grade book (term marks) you can now fill in automatically a specific grade in all the fields (with numeric marking). At the top of the overall grade column or any other column where you can enter grades, you will find an empty field where you can enter a mark e.g 65, and apply it to all the cells in that column.

#32237-#34607 You can now select a class as the main class for a student through the enrollments tab of the student’s form. A student may belong to many classes but only one can be his main class. You can set which class is a student’s main class through the enrollments tab in the student form.
