This setting holds the company-wide on/off state of the Teaching Companion. It is the value behind the Enable service switch on the Teaching Companion panel of the AI Module Configurations screen, whose help text reads "Turns this AI service on or off for the whole company, and applies the limits set below. While it is off the feature is not shown at all."
