#37771 In the configuration of subjects you will now see an extra tab when editing a subject. Once you enter the edit subject page and go to the enrollments tab, you will see a new tab below called ‘Classes/Additional Teachers’. In this new subtab, you will be able to view teachers who are supervisors of the subject e.g 1st,2nd, 3rd Supervisors.

#37770 In the Subjects List page you can now see two extra columns in the list. The two extra Columns are 2nd Supervisor (Mark Verifier), 3rd Supervisor (Content Verifier).

#37117 There is a new setting in role rights that allows or forbids users to publish assessment marks. If this option is not selected, then the user of that specific role will be unable to see the publish marks button from the Assessment Scheduling page.

#37090 From the action’s menu in the List of Subjects page you are now able to delete multiple subjects. In the grid view of the list of subject’s page, you can select all or some of the subjects, and then from the page’s actions menu delete the selected subjects. A confirmation message will appear to make sure the action is not made by mistake.

#36472 Students and Parents can now send messages to teachers directly from My teacher’s page in their Classter portal. It is an internal message type.

#35933 A new option has been added to relatives in the student form. You can now change the relationship type between a student and a relative e.g Aaron Borg is a student and the relative that has been entered as the student’s father is in fact his grandfather. You can now change the relative type from father to grandfather.

#35643 In the enrollments tab of the Student form we have added the column Hours per week. Now you can see and edit how many hours per week are spent on each subject a student is enrolled in.

#35641 In the quick action’s menu, you can now search for students from all periods or just the current period (default). We have added the filter ‘Search only in this Period’, if this filter is turned on you will be searching for students in the current/default period, if this filter is turned off then you will search for all students in all periods. #33980 We have added two new options in the application settings of Classter to better manage user emails. We have added two more options to the setting Default email used in messages, these two new options are ‘Account email, if empty then Entity email’ and ‘Entity email, if empty then Account email’. These two new options if selected will set the Account email or Entity email as the default emails used by the system when sending messages, but if a user does not have an Account email the system will use the Entity email and vice versa.

#33973 Relative types filter has been added in the compose message page recipient filter. Teachers can now locate students based on relatives and vice versa. Once you select to add recipients e.g Students you will see an additional filter called relative types. You will see in the recipient’s list that appears the student and relatives name one on top of the other.

#33188 Students can now be deleted directly from the student’s form. Users’ roles can be given the privilege to delete students from the student’s form, they will be able to see the delete button.

In the employee’s list, you can now use the status button to select the active or inactive filter, this will allow you to view the employees who are active, inactive or all of them. In the employee form, we have added some additional information fields, these fields are Basic Data section – Consultant (switch), Mother’s Name, Work, Nationality, Email Account fields. Contact Data section – P.O Box, Home Number. Passport section – Passport Number, Place of Birth. Tax Data – Tax ID, Tax Office, Social Security Number, and Insurance Number fields.

#32954 We have made changes to the Student Registration History page, located in the student’s form. The addition of new filters includes An Academic Period filter that once filled out, in turn filters the Years filter. So, you select for example the academic period 2019-2020 and then from the Years filter you select the Year 4 and the list will appear below. You will also notice we have added academic periods as a column as well.

#32948 In the ‘Enroll Students to Classes’ page, we have made a change in one of the filters. Instead of the ‘Students without Classes’ switch, we now have a List Type dropdown menu where you can choose between Students without classes, Students without classes in the selected years, All students of the years (alphabetically), and Students of the selected class. These new filters allow you to better search for students you wish to enroll in classes.

#32236 In all the ‘student per’ views on the Student’ List page you will now be able to select the option to view up to 10.000 results in the lists. For example, if you select to view students per educational program, the list that will appear when you click on search may be set to show up to 10.000 results. #32235 In the Employees form we have added the ‘Save & Close’ button and the next and previous buttons & dropdown. This means that now you can save and close the form once you are done editing and you have the ability to navigate employees’ forms by choosing a different employ from a dropdown list or just clicking on next to move to the next employee form.
