CRM – 11.2020 Edition

#42066 – #42071 – #42070 – #42072 When you go to CRM Dropdown lists page and select the CRM Completion Results dropdown, you can now create completion results with two new options “Next Actions or “Change Condition for specific CRM Categories. For example: When a user creates a CRM Entry, they can initialize a workflow. This means that if the CRM entry is a Parent Complain (CRM Category) this will trigger a follow up action which can be a School Incident (Internal) CRM Category. Thus, you can create a complete workflow for when there is a parent complaint. If you select the Change Condition status, then a New CRM entry of a specific category can create a new action that changes the status of a student, for example from Registered to Suspended if the CRM Entry is of a Disciplinary Actions Category
