CRM Settings / General Settings / Event Settings / Online Events / Calendar categories with Online Meetings
Here you choose for which category the online meetings will be available
Example
Setting -> Active -> Educational Webinar, Parents Meeting
By selecting the category Educational Webinar, you will see a new field “Online Event”
If you select an event category that you have not selected in the setting then there will be no possibility for online events
