When absence limits are configured as a percentage and the limit control is set to Subject, the system needs a total number of expected hours to divide the Student's absence hours by. This setting chooses whether that total comes from the Subject's configured weekly hours multiplied by the number of weeks in the period, or from the actual scheduled sessions recorded for the Subject that have not been cancelled.
