When enabled, new Internship/Thesis entries are created with the Interview Required field already switched on, so staff do not need to enable it manually every time a new entry is created. This setting affects the Interview Required field on the Internship/Thesis Create screen reached from Internships & Theses > Internships > Create (or the equivalent Thesis > Create), built on the Dissertation controller.
