Allow Lending Books to Borrowers That Already Have a Book Lent
This setting controls whether library staff are allowed to lend an additional Book to a borrower who already has another Book checked out and not yet returned. It lets an institute choose between allowing this freely, allowing it with a warning, or blocking it outright.
