Can I invalidate signed documents in Classter?

Portal & Admin Manuals › Protocols & Signatures › Protocols & Signatures FAQs · Updated 2026-07-09

Yes. Even if a document has been fully signed, Classter allows you to mark it as Invalid/Obsolete. This ensures that if circumstances change (for example, a financial arrangement price update), older signed agreements remain visible for audit purposes but cannot be used as valid agreements anymore.
