Hide Anonymous Entries Check From Questionnaires
This toggle removes the option to submit a Quiz or Survey anonymously. Some quizzes/surveys are configured to allow an anonymous submission, which normally adds a Submit Quiz Anonymously button next to the regular Submit Quiz button. Enabling this setting hides that anonymous button everywhere, so respondents can only submit under their own identity.
