This setting picks a single Timetable Category whose periods (for example 1st Period, 2nd Period) are shown to Students/Parents when they select a specific period of the day for an attendance intention. By default this is set to Dynamically Selected, which means the system automatically determines the applicable periods for the affected Student instead of using one fixed category.
