When an Agent creates a new Student record from the Agent Portal, this setting forces the agent to fill in a chosen set of personal data fields before the record can be saved. It also runs a duplicate check against those same fields and warns the agent if a Student with matching data already exists, helping prevent the same person from being registered twice.
