Admission / Admission Settings / Application Auto-creation / Auto Creation Of Application In New student Creation / Enable Auto-Creation of Application in Student Creation
This setting relates to the flow of applications created automatically. There are two application flows you can choose from:
- Use Application based Admission Module at Admission / Admission Settings / General Admission Settings / Basic Settings / Use Application based Admission Module
- Enable Auto-Creation of Application in Student Creation
When this setting is enabled and a new user is created (parent for student or the student) the application is automatically created.
The difference between flow 1 and flow 2 is, that in flow 1 the user can create multiple applications.
* Attention, the setting “Use Application based Admission Module” must be deactivated you will find it in Admission Settings / General Admission Settings / Basic Settings / Use Application based Admission Module
* One of the two settings must be activated.
