When Notify application handler when an admission user Accepts or Rejects an application is enabled, the system emails the Application Handler assigned to that specific case whenever an admission user accepts or rejects it. This setting names a fallback Employee who receives that same notification when a case has no Application Handler configured, so the notification is never lost.
