Application status that notification letters will be sent
This setting controls at which point in the application lifecycle the system triggers notification emails: only when an application is finally Submitted, only when it is saved as a Draft, or in Both cases. It works together with the recipient lists configured for draft and submitted notifications to decide who actually receives a message and when.
