Admission / Admission Settings / Application Management / Application Submission Settings / Automatically set an application to Provisional Status if any of these Streams is selected
Here you define which streams Leading to Provisional Application.
Example
Setting -> Active -> Standard
if you select the stream set in the setting, the following message appears and the application gets provisional status
The category has been changed because the standard stream has been selected
Applications that have provisional status are shown with the exclamation mark next to them as shown below
