This setting limits which days of the week applicants can pick as the starting date of their Educational Program, when 'Allow applicants to select starting date of educational program' setting is enabled (Allow_Applicants_To_Select_Program_Starting_Date in Admission > Admission Settings > Application Management > Application Submission Settings).
