This setting turns the Referees feature on or off for the whole admission application flow. Once enabled, whether Referees are required and how many are needed is configured separately at the Grade level. Individual Referee contact details are then recorded per Application. Additional functionality may also be enabled via related settings, for emails to referees and external forms.
