User types receiving Draft Application notifications
This setting defines the list of recipients that should be notified whenever an application is saved as a draft (not yet finally submitted). Recipients can include the applicant themselves, a specific Employee, a specific email address, the Grade's academic supervisor, the Student's Location principal, or the principal of the Grade's Location.
