Employees to be notified when a new attendance justification request is created
Selects which Employees receive a notification whenever a Parent or Student submits a new Attendance Justification request. The selected Employees are notified through an internal message and push notification (and by email, depending on messaging configuration), so they know a request is waiting to be reviewed.
