This setting specifies who receives the Attendance Notifications: Students, Parents, and/or Guardians. Applies wherever Classter sends out an attendance notification (an internal message, email, or SMS, depending on the delivery method configured elsewhere), deciding which of the possible recipient types actually get the message.
