Enable/Show save & submit button
This toggle controls how Subject attendance submission behaves. It adds an extra button to the attendance-taking screen so the end user can explicitly choose whether the attendance being saved is marked as Verified or Non-Verified. Applies to the Subject attendance-taking grid (Subjects Attendance) used by Teachers.

- In attendance show preselected status as absent
- Hide the Column Total (i.e suggested number of absences)
- Suggested number of absences per session or timetable is calculated based on the session minutes or the total duration of the timetable slots
