The Curriculum View button provides a read-only version of the {Subjects} per {Curriculum} dialog. All fields remain disabled, except for Tooltips and History Status, with only a Close button to exit. Also, the Group column is disabled for simplicity.
Pre-requisites
To access the Curriculum View, ensure the Privilege for Student Profile Rights: View {Groups} & {Units} is enabled.
Enable Groups & Units View Rights
Navigate to: Main Settings > Role Management > Edit a Role > Privileges > Student Profile Privileges> Enrollments > Groups & Units > View.
Open Curriculum View
Go to: Student List > Edit a Student Profile > Enrollments > Group & Subjects > Curriculum View.
Features of the Curriculum View Popup
1. In the Curriculum View popup, Groups are disabled.
2. Only the clickable options this popup has are Tooltips, History status, and a Close button.
Clicking on the History Status of a {Subject} or its relevant Tooltip opens a detailed History window, displaying the Academic period, Exam type, Mark, Credits, and Exam status.
Notably, the Close button allows you to exit the popup at any time.
