This setting narrows down which Assessment Types staff can pick from when assigning an Entrance Assessment to Students. Only Assessment Types configured with the "One By One" student-selection mode are ever eligible; this setting lets the institute pick a smaller list out of those, so staff are not offered Assessment Types that are not actually used as entrance exams.
