Info Message for direct sign up
This setting stores a free text shown to the applicant in the "sign up directly" column of the Admission signup form - the column offered as an alternative to signing up through an external provider. It is normally used as a help text explaining that the applicant can complete the form manually instead of using the external-provider option.
