Disable Re-Calculate Final Mark Action from Gradebook
This setting decides whether end users can manually trigger recalculation of a Student's Final/Overall Mark from the Gradebook. When enabled, the recalculation action is taken away, so marking staff can no longer force a manual recalculation from that screen.
