Do Not Allow to Publish Marks Until All Students Have a Final Overall Mark
This setting decides whether the Publish Marks action in the Gradebook can be completed while some Students still lack a final Overall Mark. When enabled, Classter checks that every Student in the marked Group/Subject has a final Overall Mark before allowing marks to be published.
