This setting controls whether the Subject enrollment status field is visible on the Gradebook form. The enrollment status shows each Student's standing in the Subject (for example Registered or Withdrawn) so marking staff can see it while entering marks. In marking periods of type Retake, this status filter is always hidden regardless of how this setting is configured.
