Enable Free Text and List options in gradebook
This setting decides whether Users can add Free Text and List type Choices when building a Marking Scenario, in addition to the standard numeric marking categories. A Free Text category lets a Teacher type a comment or note instead of a numeric mark. A List category lets a Teacher pick from a predefined set of choices instead of typing a numeric mark.
