Allow End Users to Force Change Subject's Enrollment Status to Incomplete/Postponed
When enabled, this setting adds an additional column to the Gradebook, allowing end users to manually force a Student's Subject enrollment status to an incomplete or postponed status. This gives marking staff direct control over marking a Subject as postponed for a Student, overriding the status that would otherwise be set automatically based on yearly results.
