This setting defines which staff user type — Teacher, Employee, or both — is allowed to see and use the Save and Publish button on the Gradebook [Term Marks] form. It applies to the Gradebook [Term Marks] form (Academic Tasks > Marking > Gradebook [Term Marks]), where it decides which staff user types find the Save and Publish button in the toolbar next to the regular Save button.
