An Overall Annual Result list is introduced in Classter that provides enhanced filters for precise data retrieval, certification progress tracking, and bulk actions like updating Student statuses or enrolling them in services. Accessible only to authorized roles, it includes export options, customizable views, and advanced filters such as credits, GPA, and graduation status.
Overall Annual Result List
To view the Overall Annual Result list, navigate to: Academic Tasks > Marking > Overall Annual Result.
Its enhanced filters include Locations, Programs, Curriculum, Structure, Promotion, Attendance, Conduct, Graduation Status, Student Status, etc.
Certification Progress Overview
To select Certification Progress Overview, click view > Certification Progress Overview.
Its filter includes Locations, Programs, Pathways, Year, Educational Program Status, Curriculum Structure, etc.
Advanced Filters
Click on Advanced Filters and select the required options to do comparison-based filtering.
Export Option
The Export option is integrated directly into the Table Action toolbar.
Note: Excel Export allows exporting up to 20,000 rows.
Bulk Actions
Authorized users can perform the following Bulk Actions directly from the list:
- Change Student Status: Updates the status of the selected Students.
- Enroll to Services: Add selected Students to additional services using the existing financial workflows.
