Overview
The new Per Student Gradebook Mode enables employees to manage and review student scores individually. This mode features advanced filtering options, attendance tracking, and detailed marking breakdowns.
Accessing Per Student Mode
- Ensure the privilege for “Per Student Mode” is enabled.
- Navigate to the gradebook and select the “Per Student Mode” option (available only for employees).
- Apply the relevant filters and select a student from the list to load their subjects and gradebook.
- Edit and save marks directly in the gradebook, provided you have the necessary privileges.
Absence Tracking
- New Setting: Extend the existing Gradebook_Available_Fields to include [Absences].
- Displays {Absences}/{Limit} or a percentage, based on settings.
- Highlights exceeding values in bold and red for quick identification.
Mark Analysis Column
- Available when subjects have different marking scenarios.
- Click the analysis icon to view a detailed, non-editable breakdown of marks.
