This setting controls whether a Financial tab is added to the Online Reregistration form. When it is enabled, the reregistering Student (or their parent) sees that extra tab, where the applicable financial arrangements, discounts, and installments can be reviewed and the financial agreement accepted. When it is disabled, the tab is left out of the form entirely.
