This setting selects which additional, custom fields are shown alongside the standard Grade and Stream selection when a Student or parent fills in the educational program section of the Online Reregistration form. It lets the institute expose extra data points, such as an alternate Stream choice, status dates, custom lookups, checkboxes, text fields and similar, that are specific to how re-registration is captured.
