Re-registration non-Eligible message (Reregistration_Message_For_non_Eligible_Annual_Result) is a free-text setting at. It holds the message shown to a Student who is not eligible to re-register because of the annual-results check.

- Enable Students/Parents Re-registration access for the following Locations
- Available Educational Programs for Re-registration (all if empty)
