This setting lets you pick one or more Streams whose Subjects should always be offered for enrollment when a student re-registers into a Program, even if that student's own Stream is a different one. It does not turn Subjects-based enrollment on or off by itself - that is controlled by the separate setting that enables the Subjects registration step; this setting only widens which Streams' Subjects are shown once…
