Copy comments from check-in entry to check-out entry
This setting controls whether the comment typed on a Student (Pupil)'s check-in entry is automatically copied onto the matching check-out entry in the position calendar. When enabled, staff do not need to retype the same note when checking a student out; when disabled, the check-out entry starts with an empty comment.
