Every Student has a unique Student code in the system and, in institutes that use physical access cards, a separate card number. This setting decides which of the two identifiers is displayed next to each Student on the Student Position Calendar, so staff viewing the calendar can quickly recognize and match entries to the identifier they normally work with.
