Maximum number of meetings between two entities (e.g. a parent and a Lecturer) per Academic Period

This setting caps how many meetings the same parent (or Student) can book with the same Teacher during a single academic period. Once that pair reaches the limit, no further meetings between them can be booked until the next academic period starts.
