Default Parent-Students view when the user schedules a new meeting with Lecturers

This setting chooses which of the two available views opens by default on the Schedule a Meeting screen: "Per My Availability" (the user's own availability preferences) or "Per Teacher Availability" (browsing a specific Teacher's open slots). It only sets the starting view - the user can still switch to the other view manually at any time.
