Enable Timetable Creation Without the Need to Have Teachers Allocated to Groups/Subjects
By default, Classter expects a Teacher to already be allocated to teach a specific Subject to a specific Group before that Teacher can be placed on the Timetable for that Group/Subject combination. This setting relaxes that requirement, allowing administrators to build the Timetable first and finalize the formal Teacher-Group-Subject allocations afterwards.
