Admission Data Returned to the Gradebook Form
This setting chooses which entries from the institute's Supporting Documents List are retrieved and shown alongside each applicant's row in the Entrance Gradebook, so examiners can see at a glance whether specific admission documents have been submitted while they enter entrance marks.

- Show Entrance Marks Menu
- Here you select one or more Subjects that will be included in the entrance marks
- Student' Status for entrance marks
- Marking Period used in Entrance marks
- Available Marking Periods in assessment management
- Assessment type available for Entrance Assessments creation
- Fetch Applicants files from the following Student file categories (optionally available in assessment creation)
- Set Group for Entrance Assessments
