The Entrance Gradebook can show a number of optional columns alongside each applicant's entrance marks, such as their photo, ID number, or a comments column. This setting controls exactly which of these optional columns are turned on for the Entrance Gradebook, separate from the equivalent setting used by the regular teaching Gradebook.
