When this setting is enabled, a Student (or parent) completing the Online Reregistration form must make an online payment - an application fee or a standard prepayment amount - before the reregistration can be submitted. If the payment is not completed, the system blocks final submission. When disabled, the reregistration can be submitted with no payment step at all.
