Main Settings / General Settings / Localization Settings / Time & Days / Holidays Configuration
Here you can set the days on which the institute is not open and the days of holidays.
Click Open on the setting and Holidays Configurator will display as shown below.

You can edit an existing holiday, delete it or add a new one by clicking Create New
