This setting defines the latest calendar date on which new applicants can use the public Quick Admission sign-up form. From the day after this date (and before the configured start date), the form does not accept new sign-ups. Configured at Admission Settings > Quick Admission Tab > General Settings, alongside its pair, Start date for Quick Admissions.
