This setting selects which user types are notified when a back-office Employee submits an admission Application on behalf of an applicant. It lets the institution direct submission notifications to the applicant, the submitting Employee, a specific email address, or other roles connected to the applicant's Group or Location, for applications submitted through the Employee flow specifically.
