Enable Save & Send Message option on duty scheduling
This setting is the master switch that determines whether the "Save and Send Message" option is available at all when a Teacher creates or edits a homework/duty entry, letting them notify recipients about it. At Alpha Institute, with the setting active for the entry's homework category, Teacher David R. sees a "Save and Send Message" button when creating a Classwork / Homework entry:
