This setting lets administrators define a fixed time of day, in the institute's own time zone, at which Homework automatically becomes visible on the Parent and Student Portal. When a publish time is configured, every new Homework entry created by a Teacher is automatically stamped with that time and treated as approved and published, so nobody needs to manually click Approve or Publish for each individual Homework…
